TBSCIA Crop Tour & TBARS Open House - Thunder Bay - July 26, 2017

10:00am, starting at the Thunder Bay Agricultural Research Station Come out to see what TBARS has covered throughout the 2017 growing season. Lunch provided followed by an afternoon of crop tours including the cattle crossing at Hansen’s, canola and galega fields. Plus a guest speaker from Richardson’s and Meghan Moran, canola & edible bean specialist.


RRSCIA Crop Tour & EARS Open House - Rainy River - July 27, 2017

Start at 9:30 at EARS, crop tour until 3:30/4:00 - bring your own lunch. EARS open house begins at 7:00 pm.


KDSCIA Crop Tour - Kenora - July 28, 2017

A Day on the Farm - Temiskaming - August 12, 2017

Free self-guided car tour of 6 farming operations in Temiskaming, including beef, dairy, crops, bees, sheep & equipment. Route map & passport will be available in the August 2 edition of the Temiskaming Speaker, the Riverside Farmers Market and on-line at www.nofia-agri.com. Start anywhere, anytime - lunch available at Kerns Hall for $5/person.
