Rudy joined OMAFRA in 1998 after a career as a milk producer in Thunder Bay District. Through his education and work experience he has developed a strong knowledge of farm business management and dairy. He has been a member of the Ministry’s Agriculture-Wildlife Conflict working group focused on the wildlife damage compensation program as well as working to develop a local food culture in the Thunder Bay area.

 Rudy est arrivé au MAAARO en 1998 après avoir été producteur laitier dans le district de Thunder Bay. Ses études et son expérience lui ont permis d’accroître ses connaissances en gestion d’entreprises agricoles et production laitière. Il participe au groupe de travail en matière de conflits entre agriculteurs et animaux sauvages du Ministère qui vise à obtenir une indemnisation pour les dommages causés par les animaux sauvages. À l’heure actuelle, il tente d’implanter la culture axée sur les produits alimentaires locaux dans la région de Thunder Bay.
